No it wouldnt, that would be exactly the opposite. Shooters like Halo, Gears, Call of Duty and just about every other one transform from blockbusters to flops overnight. Shooters do not need Natal (and Natal probably wont need them if the right type of games are make for it)

Still hoping for something like Fuzion Frenzy 3 as a launch title as I cant think of any other MGS IP that would adapt better to Natal.

You got it wrong.
When I say compatible on Xbox Natal, I'm not talking about the camera thing. The term Xbox Natal could be "Xbox 3" or "Xbox 720", the majority of Xbox Natal games would be playable with only the normal controller. Games with motion control would be advertised differently on the case (like "Natal Motion" games.

Xbox Natal = Name of the next Microsoft console.
Xbox Natal games = Games using Xbox 360 Controller (bundled with Xbox Natal console)
Natal Motion games = Games using the camera.

When I say "Xbox 360 games compatible on Xbox Natal", that means playable on the console with the same normal controller as the 360.
