You get what you put into an open-world wrpg I guess. Grapics were as good as any RPG this gen. FF XIII may have better lighting or artwork but not the stark, gritty detail this series needed. Even before a wealth of decent dlc F3 was an easy GOTY. I think it was as deserving of the praise as Uncharted 2.
Vegas should bring most of the Bethesda fans, new buyers F3 picked and some original series fans from the PC. Similar numbers or better perhaps? I'm only familiar with Sith Lords really but Nazna said some of the original devs. from F1 and 2 are part of Obsidian. GOTYs will be tough to come by this year but 'Vegas' should be a solid sandbox rpg. AAA on 3 plats. hopefully.
With memorable characters, Sin City glitz and the Nevada desert as backdrop 'Vegas' will have a style all it's own.
