Wada doesn't base his decisions on sound analysis of the playing field and most of the problems I have found wth SE this generation the guy in this video validated.
SE doesn't know what its fans want. I'm not one to argue towns in a JRPG becuase I doubt I'll miss them, but seriously saying that FFXIII might be the last of its kind is asking for bankruptcy.
Lastly, Wada should take some time to actually survey the demographics they are attracting before making half cocked assumptions about where they should stand in the gaming industry. SE has a strong reputation for a certain type of game and that puts them in an awkaward position. Deviate too far from that and they're likely to take a serious hit in sales. Dirge of Cerberus anyone?
