I think EA suck at marketing their brand as well anymore. Many people have proven in this thread that they don't realise all the games EA have been involved with. I remember in the 90's that every EA game you knew for certain was theirs due to the heavy branding, perhaps they toned back recently to lose the bad name they were getting for milking franchises.
I think Patcher's arguments once again are seriously flawed and to a degree outdated already.
