No it not hot at all, but if you know how to make the fan do that I'd like to try that every time it frezzes it makes a really wierd noise. Also when I hold the butten to turn it off or just use controller to quit game it does the beep three times then it just go black a get stuck making me flip the back switch to turn it off.
