Yeah, through out the entire year, they could have just kept putting up fake CGI footage of true "next gen" games making people believe it was light years ahead of the 360, in essence stopping all 360 sales. Instead people were able to compare multiplatform games in which they were virtually identical or even worse. Look at how the PS2 soared past the Dreamcast within a few months of its launch.
