I bought the same processor. It's really not the fastest out there, but it's very good for the price.

I bought a slightly more expensive case (90€ - would translate to around $90) and I am VERY happy with it. Toolless operation of just about everything, great thing to have, and easy to mount and remove HDD slots mounted sideways for better access. Also very cold (too cold, I can't have it next to me because I get cooled down by the fans...).

I'm pretty sure the graphics card won't be powerful enough in a year or two, but for now I think it will do. As long as you are not planning to play any of the most demanding games at high settings. Myself I went for the XFX HD4890, but then again that cost almost twice as much as yours back then. I'd buy the HD 5000 series today. Cooler and smaller, and supports DX11. But as I said, that would cost you a pretty penny.

I have the exact same harddrive as my system drive. It fits all of my steam games, and a couple of my retail games. So that's great. It's great value for money.
