From what I see, everything looks fine, and that'd be a really decent gaming rig. I'm not really a fan of AMD myself, but still, that's a great processor, especially for the price. The graphics card will do you great for a long time to be honest, and it's nice that you get a new PSU with it, lol.
You know what, enough of me talking anyways, that's a pretty good PC you'll have there, so I say go for it!
