Odd it should be mentioned because I will be playing Last Remnant after I finish Mass Effect 2. I actually installed The Last Remnant and played it for 30 minutes earlier today just to get a feel for it and I have to say... I wish I had been playing Mass Effect 2 for those 30 minutes.
The only judgments I have for the two games in comparison to one another is that Mass Effect 2 feature more choices in the first 30 minutes, more excitement, and more polish than The Last Remnant. Then again, most of the first 30 minutes of The Last Remnant were spent watching cutscenes without pushing any buttons.
