FF13 360 to use Bink for cutscenes,360 720p vs 1080p PS3 Cutscenes

Sad news for 360 owners. I hope the game will still be enjoyable for them, even as a subpar port.

For multiplatform owners, PS3 version is the way to go so it shouldn't change anything.
