How long will Blu ray last

Hell I still watch VHS sometimes 9I have a hybrid DVD/VHS player).

I've bought over 500 DVDs and I haven't upgraded to BR yet and when I do I'll continue to buy a lot of physical media.

The short of it is a log time. Maybe 10 years or so. I mean it still hasn't overtaken DVD yet.
