It is worth pointing out just how wrong you are here. As Bod has already stated that is completely wrong. More important is the fact that Blizzard is the only MMO company that has anything resembling a clear definition of what a subscriber actually is. They do use China and Korea to pad their numbers even though the subscription model is completely different over there. They do not count inactive accounts, however, and that is clearly stated everytime they have a new high.
