Which game has the potential to overtake Modern Warfare 2 as biggest launch

Halo: Reach because nearly everybody who's buying it will buy it the first week, but I also thinks that GT5 will outsell Halo: Reach in it's lifetime. Ps3 games has longer legs.
And the next GTA also has the potential to have a bigger start than mw2. The gaming industry grows every day
