Start with everyone from Brawl and Melee.
- Add every Mario character well known enough to appear in the Mario Kart series.
- Add all the Koopa Kids.
- Add a couple more from each of Fire Emblem, and Star Fox.
- Add a couple more Pokemon trainers, each with their own unique trio.
- Add several Punch Out characters.
- If possible keep Snake and Sonic, and try to score these third party characters - Bill and Lance (Contra), Simon Belmont, Megaman plus some more Sonic characters.
(on an even less realistic note, I have always wanted some characters from the Paper Mario series to find their way to SB, especially Koops, but seeing as they aren't even on the radar, I can't even dream about that; sorry Koops)
