About "outsourcing": I didn't mean that literally. I have no idea who initiated the project, but I think Nintendo's contribution is what made it such a huge success. N must have been aware of that, so I wouldn't be surprised if they claimed a much bigger share of the profits. 

 

M&SatOG is the biggest seller Sega has ever made - ever!  Even if Nintendo took 70% of the profits (which I doubt) Sega would still be very, very happy with it.
