Character customization was kind of poorly done. Okay so first you're given the option to customize your facial features like the width of your cheeks, chins, length of face, etc. After that, you can choose what nose, eyes, mouth type you want. When you choose them, the size of your face you just edited changes. So you have to back to the previous page and edit it again. Hair options was kind of lacking for females.
To my next point, I don't know why I had to create an avatar. She doesn't play a part in the story, and she's mostly ignored by the characters (they only say hi to her and that's it). It's nice to create one, but it's dumb. She also doesn't have any dialogue options, but at least it's better than having retarded ones like the ones in Digital Devil Saga.
Story so far isn't bad by any means, but it's completely boring. It's a simple story, but the way its presented is awful. Lifeless, uninspired dialogue all around.
Combat is too early to tell, but I find it slow and boring.
For the goods, graphics are really nice, and the water...wow!!
