Agree.  It's not so much the species thing, or that the cat has no idea that he is even high, but that the dosage is so high that the cat is incapable of doing anything more than convulsing.  If they did lsd tests on people then they would just let them walk around and hallucinate for fun and I  feel that they are more willing to give an animal what appears to be a close to lethal dose.

You can't OD on LSD for humans, so I can't see why animals would be any different. And they gave humans far more than the does required to induce hallutinations without consent.
