Depends on how it is made.
If it is based on the Wii and then up-scaled for HD -- which one would think since a lot of Wii work has already been done -- then it should be fine on the Wii.
I do think it might have been done to get a publisher. HVS has a history of making games that no one sees (Where art thou Animales de la Muerte?)
