Do you really think the market is that predictable and boring? I don't think anyone would have thought Arkham Asylum would be a GOTY contender back in early 2009, but it ended up being a spectacular game and a major contender. Just wait.

Honestly, if one really believes that many of the other big games this year will rival this game in quality, it's not that hard to believe. While Mass Effect 2 is great now, it will be difficult for it to retain that hype for the rest of the year and still be highly relevant at the end of the year amidst the likes of Halo: Reach, Splinter Cell, or whatever other contenders come about.
