Atari had IP's? lol, I'm sure they did but my memory's drawn a blank there.

 I think the obvious trend is that companies that sink that low into debt, tend to have IP's that no one could justify ever buying anyway. Mortal Kombat is surely the only exception to that rule.

 But yeah, we're still waiting on another Pikmin, Donkey Kong, Star Fox.... Don't see a need for them to buy another IP to neglect lol.

Mech Warrior, Driver, Burnout, among others are IP's that have been bought and put into use by other companies.
