No, I don't think so. Namco performed best on Wii in 2009 anyway (more sales on Wii than 360 and PS3 combined, with 9 games on Wii compared to 5 + 5 on the HD consoles), so it's likely they'll move more towards Wii regardless.
Nintendo would make more money by investing in their own studios, taking advantage of Namco's lay-offs among others, than they would by putting money into a company that's losing money and offers support to their competitors.
