I... don't think that's exactly what he/she saying there.
I mean, he's done podcasts and video reviews right? There are pictures or something.
If anything it probably means he's transgendered and plans to go under treatments to change sex.
Or it's just a joke... which the rest of the blog actually suggests. (all seriousness)
