You got it partially right Carl
It is in fact Dive Spot 5 ;) But the Chocograph didn't have an name, it was given access once you get to Disc 4, in the exact same spot that Shimmering Island was standing, just as Fab_GS said.
It also had no number since it wasn't a regular Chocograph, it was one of the five not numbered chocographs.
