should take 70-80 hours for 100% the first time through.
It is an excellent game IMO, doesn't quite have the magic of Windwaker for me, but it is better than OoT... especially once you open the enormous Hyrule field and get to ride around it all.
And yeah Darknights are definately tougher in this than other Zeldas, i'd watch out for the fully armor-clad lizards too... most other enemies are simple though.
