@rainbird

thats the most innocent & cute smile I have ever seen.

Lol, I hope you're joking

The dog only wags its tail a little, it puts its ears down and it basically has to close its eyes to do it.

It lookes forced

This thread is FULL of dog haters

{goes to call smeags for support}

No, the guy obviously had to train the dog to do that.  It isn't natural or else it would happen more than when he just goes for a walk.  When the guy grabs the leash, he trained the dog to have a specific response.

I don't know how he trained the dog, I just know when a dogs ears are bent back like that and their eyes squint, that generally means something not good for them.

I personally love dogs, my parents breed working Australian Shepards and at any given they have 10-15 dogs so I grew up around dogs (around many animals actually since I grew up on a farm).  I know what a dog looks like that's happy, and what a dog looks like that isn't happy.

So is this dog happy?

No idea, I would probably say the wind is blowing in its face.

Dogs can smile, I'm not doubting that, but that dog got specific training to smile at a specific thing.  He trained it somehow and the dog looks more like it's in pain.  Who knows.
