My advice?
1) Don't stand out in the freezing cold on a dare/bet in the first place.
2) Seek professional medical help. As well intentioned as many of these people in this thread certainly are, they are not a replacement for professional medical evaluation and treatment...and most of them have told you as much repeatedly.

6) Get friends who will stop you from standing out in the freezing cold in the first place.
7) Don't stand out in the freezing cold on a dare/bet in the first place.
8) Consider getting rid of friends who would let you stand out in the freezing cold in the first place.
Hopefully a pattern is emerging.
