Well, in the case of the toilet you posted, that one is motion-sensitive and is supposed to automatically flush.
Of course, most auto-flushing toilets have a way to manually flush, just in case the auto-flush doesn't work (or in case you've got an extra-big load).
Either way, I agree that it's ridiculous when people don't flush the toilet (or try ensuring that it flushes, whatever). It's really gross.
And I thought this was a crack at DS games too.
