I love my Zune HD, but the lack of apps support is really very frustrating. I'm not sure why M$ hasn't opened the floodgates as yet, but I've had my device for 4 months now, and It's basically a music player and podcast device...I need it to do more, especially given the capabilties of a Ipod Touch, that is only $10 more.
