Based off that list above, what do we have? One great franchise in GTA IV, one very good one in Civilization, one good one in Bioshock though whether it remains good has to wait for a few months and one ok series in Max Payne. Everything else is pretty probably a loser for them. Did not R* threaten to walk unless they got higher royalties? I wouldn't count on them for that much longer. They'll walk as soon as their contract is up. They are pretty much doomed unless Sid can pull something out of his ass or they find themselves a couple more good franchises.
