The biggest problem I had with them is when I pre-ordered and already paid for the collectors edition for Demon's Souls. When I got there it turns out they sold the only copy (my copy) to someone else. They wouldnt have even gotten the game if I hadnt ordered it. None of the nearby Gamestops had it so they ended up having to ship a copy from 4 states away. I was not happy, but since then they havent messed up.
