We'll definitely get see what Quarians look like underneath the suits in ME3. I think they've been saving it for the final entry in the trilogy.
All I want in ME3 is a more constant flow of XP and squad points. I want to always feel I'm being rewarded for doing things. You should be getting XP for every battle and the game doesn't give you enough squad points to fully upgrade all your abilities in a single playthrough.
