YES thats whats happening oh my TV. They used to gradually go away.. but the image this site and a few SO4 pics ar not. so theres alot of blue in dark areas

I don't know. Maybe your TV got abused so much that it's mutant healing factor doesn't work anymore. This exact thing happened in Wolverine #75.
