This company is done IMO.
Itagaki made them stand out in the mid 2000's by being unpredictable and somewhat ahead of the market in some genres. But now the market has surpassed them and they can't afford to release "me too" games since they are not Activision.
As far as Koei, I really wonder how they manage to penetrate the Western market. I have never played a game by them that appealed to me.
I think that in 2 more years and someone will buy them both...
