On the topic at hand, the pope's statement could be related to anything not just homosexual equality. Not that it matters though. We know their stance and we know that they are dying. I doubt I'll be able to witness it but I know that there will be a moment where the catholic church will just throw up it's hands, say: Fuck it, let's call it a wrap because really we 12 cardinals are all that is left in the world - and then the Vatican can become a museum of a religion lost.
