A. These are in-game screenshots... it looks EXACTLY that good when your playing. And TBH, I think Uncharted 2 looks better being played than it does in these pics...
B. last gen tracks!? They have a blur effect on them due to well, your moving on a freaking train!!! If they didn't have some sort of effect, the whole experience of moving on the train would look static and drab. So it actually enhances the image... because its an effect... that's suppose to look that way... so it doesn't need detail... just the effect... Many games employ things like this. Okay, all of them.
C. I think I found a major grip that's keeping you from enjoying U2. Uncharted isn't trying to be 'photorealistic' it has its own look. Tell me if I'm wrong, but it seems that you simply don't like its art direction. Art direction does not = graphical quality. You can have the top graphics and not go for that 'from the real world' look. Thus we have Uncharted 2 as the console graphics king. Its graphical quality in areas such as resolution and effects are simply unmatched right now on consoles.
If you don't like the game, so be it. I don't see the point in dragging this out any longer.
