You think that brazilians are stupid? Everyone here, even in "Favela" has a PS2. And the adoption of x360 and Wii for middle and high classes are not bad too. And nowadays cell phones can produce graphics of this level.
Anyway, even today the Mega Drive receives upgrades annualy. So this might be just another one here. But only buy this consoles, people that are very very dumb, because the price is often the same of a Ps2.

Yeah, the problem is that here a company named "TecToy" own the rights to distribute old sega consoles and software. So they try to maximize the life of genesis to max.
