Also, my vote goes to Uematsu.  Final Fantasy VI and VIII are the most memorable OSTs to me.

That's true, but he only did like three songs and they were far from the best on the OST.

I agree. The OST would've been "better" if it was only composed by Mitsuda. Uematsu's tracks seem out of place when you listen to the Soundtrack.
