As a futher point to this thread by the way... Obama announced his Budget Plan.
3.8 Trillion. So about 700 billion more then last year under Bush.
Seems like to stop from hitting 4 Trillion he's cutting the moon program and about 250 Billion dollars worth of domesitc programs.
No more moon base. 
We could put such a bitchin death lazer on a moon base too... and a few nukes!

Of course he's fighting his own party to make these cuts so who knows if he'll have the fortitude to make sure they actually happen or not.
