Plus, Bungie already said that to perform the assassinations that you are talking about, you hold down the melee button for like 2 seconds. You don't press the right d-pad button.
Second, Bungie would never call something "Murder Mode". This is a fake dude.
Thirdly, they have yet to reach Alpha for the game, do you really expect someone to have gotten a hold of a Beta version. Must have time travel.
