windows 7 is alot better than vista, it is faster, it takes up less HD and memory, not to mention the interface is sleeker, and is meant to be easier to use (i think it confuses alot of intermediate users who are used to the old interface, but you should get over that pretty soon).
so yes upgrade to windows 7, vista was so bad when i got it i downgraded to xp
(before windows 7)
