Mine were:
1. Renegade - although it's really Chaotic Neutral (if you don't know D&D it's basically having the same amount of evil points as good points). But ME always decided one or the other, so Renegade is always just slightly ahead.
2. Tali! I wanted it in ME1 (and had to "settle" for Liara), glad they allowed us to do it in 2.
3. Legion, Miranda, and Mordin.
4. Save - bad move i think as well. An interesting twist in ME3 is if Cerberus really helped defeat the Reapers, but ended up taking control of the Alliance, a nice cap to the trilogy but at the same time nice setup for other ME universe games.
5. taking a breather to finish Darksiders
6. the "race-specific" Reaper thing is stupid, and the Human Reaper looked like a Terminator. Makes me think the "normal" squid-like Reapers were made by the Hanar, or their ancestors, specially since they are always going on and on about the Enkindlers.
