First of all, the division that makes Gears of War, has pretty much only been working on Gears of War games, since the first Gears came. So even if Epic is working on other games that wont slow down the progress. The thing is, that M$ is not gonna release their 2 biggest exclusives in the same year, which is why it will come earliest Mars 2011. Just beacuse the game is "ready" in November doesn't mean they will release it. Gears 2 was done in 2 years and while the campaign turned out great, the Multiplayer suffered for it. This time they better make the Multiplayer right, which means its gonna take more than 2 years to get it done. Plus it probably gonna be the prettiest 360 ever once its released (and no game there after will be prettier). So they wanna get that out at the end of the consoles life-cycle which is late 2011- late 2012. You never know what M$ is planning, but release anything within a 6 month window of the biggest game ever on the platform, is just stupid. Fall 2011 would be the best date imo and i got plenty of games to go around until then.
