Oh yes, outrageously inaccurate was exactly what I was thinking.
In fact, the average adjustments on the weekly numbers the last 22 weeks (time I've tracked) has been 7% upwards for Wii, 5% upwards for PS3, and 7% upwards for the xbox. Far outside the +- 10% I find to be acceptable. Extremely horrible... so far. I always follow adjustments with much interest :)
