Over at the Art Institute of California-Los Angeles, Insomniac Games stopped by to participate in a panel discussion with seniors of nearby schools. Among all the questions by attenders of the event, one particular question was interesting, along with its answer.

When asked whether they thought that the XBox 360's Project Natal could revolutionize gaming, they put it simple and said "nuh-uh," or in other words, no. While this answer might not be so rare with a PlayStation-only developer, it certainly is surprising coming from a pretty big game company.

The Insomniac panel also threw out some nice details on Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time's development process. They said that they used both weapon and enemy "pots" where they could choose exactly which weapons and which enemies would be implemented into the title. Before cutting down on the amount of weapons going to be used in the game, they had a total of 60 unique items to kill your foe with.

this is probably not the best source to make up your mind on natal because this is a diehard ps3 website and a company that makes games for the ps3 but this article did catch my eye.

The only problems I see with natal is its frames per second  it only Captures 30fps that’s not that good especially when you’re going to play a game its going to lag like crazy.
