man...I miss so much from NMH1 in NMH2

alot of jokes..like beefhead videos..
or..like the intro when you start a new ranking match area, where you hear the announcer say the boss names..

also..the overworld..as empty as it was, it would have been better if they filled it up and made it playable rather than removing it...completely..

Just what I,ve been thinking. They could had left the overworld and add a few extra thing and at the same time add the navigation system that lets you jump from place to the other. That way however wanted to just jump to the place they could and those of us who enjoyed cruising throught the city could too.

I also liked the story in the first game and how it flowed. You had to work your way to get the next rank fight, in the second one you just keep jumping from one to the other. I dont feel no sense of accomplishment. I also loved when Sylvia called before each fight, I was always very anxious to hear what she had during each call.

Still I think the second one is better, it just lost a little something that made the first so memorable to me.

yeah, exactly those things..

also note how in NMH2 you were supposed to pay for those fights, but the payment got cut out

like when Travis had to pay to go to the island...remember? but he never did?

beefhead videos..damnit..I miss you

and yeah...NMH2 is better, but it's lacking alot of stuff

all I do is fight, no more finding hidden t-shirts or money or lovikov balls

having no world makes the game much emptier...and having no cool voice intro at the start of each ranked fight also sucks

man...in the end..idk

NMH2's combat is way more polished ...and it's so much better overall

simply some of his extacy powers from NMH1 were so much cooler...

man...to me..it's iffy

I really like both, but neither is a clear winner to me

NMH was also WAAAY more funny than NMH2

I agree with this. Some of the stuff they ommitted does make the game feel less so, and i do miss the voice intro for the bosses. I would just keep walking over that spot to hear that voice say "Harvey Moisewitch Volodarskii" over and over again.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
