Yes it will be dumbed down. Thats not surprsing the resolution will be lower and less details worse textures and so on but will Crysis 2 on consoles look better then cysis 1 on low settings ?
Crysis 1 on low settings is already surpassed by far with killzone 2. So we can assume it will look better then Crysis 1 on low settings.
