Kind of looks like FFXII, where battles are initiated when you encounter enemies on screen and you go into a 'quazi' turn based system with free movement, but actions are regulated to a queue. But could be wrong, perhaps its different and you just have full control of your main character and its more of an action RPG (which could lead to multiplayer options). Frankly, what I'm most interested in with this game is just if Yashinori Mitsuda is doing the music. He got booted or left during the previous Xenosaga games for a 'more popular' Yuji Kajura (who has since gotten less popular over time) and I'd rather see him actually come back and start doing more OSTs. This game couple be a good start. Also, I'm rather interested in why the game seems to have the Xeno name..but seems so different in design and style. And I'm rather fixated on the 'blade' part of the name. I mean....that blade does seem to resemble, at least in part...another blade I've seen before.....

The composer for Xenoblade is Mitsuda without a doubt. Just listen to the music from the orginal version of the trailer

The music just SCREAMS Mitsuda. Also, Mitsuda composed the music for Xenosaga: Episode 1.
