None of my attacks do any damage. Plus, this is the only side quest that you aren't able to run away from. The only way to hurt the creature is by using some poorly explained double team technique. I'm more powerful than the creature, but since my attacks do zero damage, it doesn't matter. It's killing me. I read the tutorial: technique doesn't work. I read the manual: technique doesn't work. I go online for help: technique doesn't work. Eventually, all of my healing potions run out. The beast kills me. No save point, and maybe two hours of boss fight, cinematics, research, and trying to beat a wimpy ass boss on an "optional" mission makes me lose everything. AND somehow, I earned 20 achievement points for "learning the dual technique"!! |
