^They don't have the brain power to deduce something. Sure there are some very bright kids but in third world country with crap education they are probably even more dumb. I know a few smart kids but most kids I know are stupid. If the job required them to think of ways to solve problems they would take far longer than an adult. Have a 10-14 year old and an adult build a car that are both well trained. I bet the car that the kids produce will have far more defects and mistakes. It would take the kid 2-3 years to finally do the job right probably when an adult would learn how to do it right in a few months at most.
