| gnawkz said: So now that Blizzard & Activision have jumped into bed together ... Are we looking at the revival of StarCraft Ghost ... I mean, Infinity Ward just finished Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and that was awesome ... so ... Lets just speculate for a moment and think, would Blizzard be happy to hand over the console development of Starcraft Ghost to Infinity Ward? I mean the Next-Gen game consoles are finally out and they have the processing power and graphics capability to create a game that would allow it to bring the best of the StarCraft Universe. |
Blizzard doesn't let anyone else develop their games... Add to that that Blizzard only releases games when they believe they are near perfect and you have a NO.
I think if Blizzard released SC: Ghost back in 2005-2006 it would have gotten 8.5'ish grades... That ain't high enough for Blizzard's standards.
And even though i'd want it (BAD)... I think it would be unwise to believe it would be pulled back up from the dept of the cancelled game graveyards...
EDIT: Read the Q&A about Blizzard(Vivendi) fusing with Activision... Nothings gonna change development wise... They don't 'trade' their dev-teams etc... They keep in-house development... That further underlines my NO on your question.
